* Website and Keyword Analysis. Our crew will review your website for any internal or external issues that may need to be resolved. They will make recommendations for each issue that needs resolving. They will then look at the keywords that are embedded in your html code. This will determine what your major keywords are and which keywords will bring the most traffic in the natural placement on the search engines.
* Our management staff will then prepare a report and a proposal. This report will include such items as domain age, number and quality of existing links, and other issues that need to be resolved from the analysis perform in the first step. We will then propose a number of keywords to be used and discuss the time and capability to achieve success with these keywords.
* Once the clients has chosen the keywords that he or she feels would be the most cost effective we will advise the client of the cost of the project. We require a contract for the amount of time we feel it would take to achieve the keyword goals. All clients will receive a monthly progress report in regards to completed work and position ranking.
* For larger contract considerations a member of the management staff or the owner will visit your office or facility to discuss optimization requirements with your staff.
