The Detroit Creative Group seeks to provide marketing based multimedia solutions by focusing on building strong brands and relationships with customers, employees, and partners.

The Detroit Creative Group was formed in 2003 as the product of the combined experience and assets of Jacob Pollak (Web Radicals, Inc., NuGraphX, Inc.) and James Kupras (OnStage Solutions, LLC). In 2006, all shares of the company were acquired by Mr. Pollak.

Jacob Pollak brings to The Detroit Creative Group his many years of experience in graphic design, video production, web design, computer programming, project management, system integration, and marketing. In 1999, Jacob started his first corporation, Web Radicals, to provide web design and hosting. Also in 1999, Web Radicals acquired NuGraphX, Inc., a graphic design and marketing firm. Since that time Jacob has managed clients such as Ford Motor Company, Brookies, and Audette Office Equipment. Jacob is an adjunct professor at Schoolcraft College, and sits on advisory boards for Schoolcraft College, Henry Ford Community College, and Breihaupt Technical Center (Detroit Public Schools). He is a Member at Large and a Past Chair of the ACM/SIGGRAPH Professional Chapter of Southeastern Michigan, and a former President of the Southeast Michigan Animation and Effects Group (SEMAFX). Jacob sits on the ACM/SIGGRAPH Education Committee, has the position of Marketing and Sponsorship Coordinator for the ACM/SIGGRAPH Education Committee and has held the position ACM/SIGGRAPH Student Animation Competition Coordinator(SPACE-Time). When not working on Detroit Creative work, teaching, or ACM/SIGGRAPH, Jacob donates time and resources to the Detroit chapter of Youth for Christ, Spring Hill Camps, and Jam for a Cure.
